What triggers emotions in you? I’ve become aware of how certain experiences can trigger an emotion. Some emotions are good ones like joy, love and gratitude. While others are bad like fear, stress and anger. Some emotions lead to worry, while others lead to peace. My journey is to focus on what my triggers and habits are so I can eliminate the bad ones and elevate the good ones.

Sometimes in my life I feel pretty good and other times I feel kinda bad. I find peace in my abstract art and get joy from my family. I’m calmed by my breathing and energized when I’m learning. I also have a bad habit of worrying about not being good enough or focusing on what I lack rather than what I have. I can obsess about my health, grab a treat when I am sad, and then feel guilty about all of it!

My goal for this website is to share what I’ve learned through words and graphics. My experiences and learning have change who I am mentally and physically over the years and they continue to do so.
